存続期間満了日前の６カ月間及び満了日後の６カ月間に更新登録申請が可能です。
You can renew a trade mark in the 6 months before it expires and up to 6 months afterwards.
存続期間満了日後の６カ月間に更新登録申請する場合、割増登録料の納付が必要です。
You also have to pay a late renewal fee if you’re applying in the 6 months after your trade mark’s expiry date.
権利者の住所や名称が変更した場合、登録原簿上の権利者（登録名義人）の表示を変更する必要があります。
You must keep your address and/or name up to date.
